These terms govern your use of basswav.com. Access implies acceptance. You agree not to misuse the site, scrape submissions, spam the forms, or interfere with the service.

Submitting a demo, booking request, or contact message does not create a contract between you and BASSWAV. Commercial relationships are formed only through a signed written agreement.

Joining the community gives BASSWAV permission to send the selected email categories until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Giveaway and campaign signups do not guarantee entry, tickets, prizes, bookings, releases, promotion, or artist acceptance unless a separate campaign rule or written agreement says so.

All content (logos, copy, artwork) is owned by BASSWAV Records or its artists and used with permission. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
