BASSWAVPrivacy policy
BASSWAV (controller: BASSWAV Records, Netherlands) processes data you give us through the demo, booking, contact, and community signup forms. We process it to evaluate music, handle bookings, reply to your message, or send the email categories you selected. Legal basis: GDPR art. 6 (1) (b) for pre-contractual requests and (a) consent for community email.
Community signup stores your email, display name, role, selected interests, optional phone, country, artist/DJ name, submitted link, signup source, campaign and UTM fields, referrer, user agent, IP, consent versions, and unsubscribe status in a Google Sheet owned by contact@basswav.com. Email confirmations are logged in Gmail. We never sell your data.
You can request access, correction, or deletion at any time by mailing contact@basswav.com. Community email has a one-click unsubscribe link in every message. You can lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
